This means that once you have bought a product at our site, we take care of everything so you don't have to be anxious about anything.

Each order we receive will be processed within 48 working hours, and you will hear from us at every step of the way- i.e. - when the order is placed, processed, shipped, and delivered. And of course, any questions along the way just contact our customer support and we will resolve your problem right there. (Please Note: The delivery timeframe mentioned on product details is estimated. Actual delivery time depends upon address where the order needs to be delivered and courier issues and other circumstances that might affect delivery. Delivery Time between 7 to 8 working days.

If the single order value is above Rs. 500/-, we will be providing free shipping in India. Else, it will be Rs.99/- per order.

We have partnered with most of the top courier and logistics partners to assure that you receive your order on time and safely with full courtesy and attention.

If you believe that the product is not in good condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care on 18 0022 0022 or write to us on We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

  • Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.

Delivery will not be redirected/ redelivered to any other address. If you wish to change shipping address please call our Customer Care 18 0022 0022 or write to us on If we receive request for change in shipping address after your order is dispatched from our office you may need to pay for courier charges as per actual expense based on situation.

We will attempt delivery of the items only once. In case the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order. Orders are considered to be executed in the below cases: 

  • Unavailability of the recipient,
  • Delivery not done due to wrong address.
  • Wrong phone or Cell or Extension number/ not working/ no reply or not connecting/ Not reachable and delivery is not done.
  • Recipient refused the products.
  • Premises locked.
  • Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbor.
  • In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ Strike we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.

In case of non-availability of service in any particular area Lyla Blanc reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been levied via credit card or Debit Card or any other E–Payment method. In the event the payment has been processed by Lyla Blanc the same shall be credited to your account and duly notified to you by email.
