Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Bhiwandi, Mumbai – India via trusted courier partners. Please allow the following number of days from the receipt of your order for delivery:

India-wide: 3 to 7 business days

 

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

All orders require a signature upon delivery.

If you are unavailable to sign, please provide an alternative recipient such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor.

 

Responsibility & Claims

Lyla Blanc Pvt Ltd takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

Lyla Blanc Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any damage that occurs after delivery.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
